Router
As a PC Tech, with more than 35 years in the industry, I see a lot of problems with your Internet connection. This is especially true with WiFi.
The most common problem is to create a "good" connection between the remote computer and the wireless router. Many do not realize that just because you have received a signal from the wireless router (AP) You can still unable to log on to the Internet. Here is the problem.
A weak or noisy internet connection is usually caused by loss or encrypted data packet. These packages have been damaged permanently "once again" between the router and the host computer. This can significantly slow down the connection, and also keep you from it, via the Internet at all.
There are several ways to improve this weak WIFI signals on. The easiest way to move the wireless router. If possible, try placing the router near the center of the building which is. I took WIFI signals from as far away as 1000 meters, where there are no barriers to the transfer. On the other hand, I had also hard to just go from one end of the signal from one house to another. This can happen if the router is on a different floor than the host computer. The more the signal goes through walls and floors, the weaker it becomes.
If you do not see the router near the center of the building, there are other things you can do. First, the host computer can move to try another location. Also turning in another direction can help. Laptop computers often have WiFi antenna to the monitor to just turn the laptop can easily be all you need to do to improve the reception building.
In general I have found that Internet-USB adapters better than the laptop's internal receiver. The reason is ... This external adapter with three to five meters of cable adapter can be high in the air and move away from obstacles that may block the WiFi signal. Unfortunately, this means pulling an extra device, is not what I really want to do. Fortunately, in most cases, your internal wifi device does the job well.
When you come to an AP that hundreds or thousands of meters away the desire, you must consider using a high-gain antenna and a USB adapter Internet. This is really old technology. Amateur radio buffs have built HELLO-gain antennas for decades, so that they get signals from around the world. There are several antenna designs available to virtually anyone can build. For a few dollars, you can significantly increase your reach.
The world record for a WiFi connection with "only" HELLO-gain antenna is 238 miles! You are probably not the intention of demanding any records, but it is very common to see people connect to wireless routers up to a mil or more away, but with DIY antennas.
If you are not satisfied with your wireless internet connection, try some of the things I mentioned. It should help. If you're still having problems so I would look at building your own Hi-Gain WiFi antenna. It is the ultimate performance in wireless networks.
